Welcome Program to the newly Arrived Ambassadors of Finland, Egypt, Norway, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar to Nepal.

The Ambassadors’ Club Nepal, in collaboration with the International Relations and Global Diplomacy Dialogue (IRGDD) and The Diplomat Nepal, hosted a welcome reception on December 12, 2025, to honor newly arrived ambassadors accredited to Nepal. The event celebrated the spirit of friendship, diplomatic cooperation, and inclusive dialogue among diplomatic missions and Nepal’s government representatives.

The Ambassadors’ Club Nepal convened diplomats and national leaders for a formal welcome reception to acknowledge the arrival of newly accredited ambassadors to Nepal. In her keynote remarks, Amb. Dr. Sarmila Parajuli Dhakal, President of the Ambassadors’ Club and IRGDD, emphasized the role of friendship and mutual understanding in strengthening international cooperation and advancing Nepal’s foreign relations.

The reception also provided an opportunity for new envoys to network with senior government officials, representatives of United Nations and international financial institutions, and members of the diplomatic corps. Discussions during the event underscored the importance of collaborative partnerships to address shared global challenges and improve bilateral relation.
